Basic Attention Token, BAT and a new approach to ads

The Basic Attention Token, also known as BAT, is a cryptocurrency used by Brave Inc. The Brave web browser used by all users is blocked by the website they visit during their visit.

As users browse the Internet, they can choose to make their BAT token available to the publisher in the form of a token on the basis of which websites pay attention. Users have the option to opt for Brave-centric advertising - in privacy - and will be rewarded with BAT tokens for displaying Brave. In return for the ERC-20 token, users will see and be rewarded for specially approved ads for Brave.

The Wallet for BAT is built directly into the browser and you can adjust the percentage assigned to different websites based on the attention of the user. The long-awaited promise that BAT will receive BAT to display ads went live in April, allowing users to select ads from any publisher website they support and choose which ads to display.

While users can reject ads, trackers can be blocked to protect their privacy. Brave is a powerful, privacy-oriented web browser that is blocked by default and offers a wide range of advanced features such as anti-virus, malware and privacy protection.

Brave is a BAT enabled web browser that integrates with the BAT platform through a feature called Brave Rewards. Bold rewards include access to a wide range of rewards such as discounts, discounts and free offers, as well as special discounts on purchases.

The Brave browser introduces an opt-in feature, Brave Rewards, which gives users Basic Attention Tokens (BAT) for viewing and interacting with ads. Brave Ads, a privacy-focused desktop browser for the BAT network, will automatically block third-party ad tracking until 2019. Users who choose Brave ads will see privately coordinated advertising on BAT networks and earn a share of advertising revenue in BAT tokens.

BAT is an ERC-20 token that uses smart contracts to validate users "attention, enabling advertisers to verify audiences and user engagement without infringing privacy. This month, BAT will be transmitted directly to Brave's recently released Brave Wallet as well as to the BAT network.

BAT is integrated into the Brave web browser, allowing users to access BAT, which can then be used to purchase ads. BAT is an ERC-20 utility token used on the platform, and users receive 70% of the tokens they earn, with the remainder split between advertisers and Brave. Basic Attention Token is an Ethereum-based ad exchange platform that connects publishers, advertisers, users and the blockchain.

BAT was formed in 2014 as a joint venture between the two companies, along with Brave Software, and was awarded an initial coin offering (ICO) worth $1.5 million in 2015.

The Brave Browser caught the attention of the crypto community after the project raised more than $1.5 million in the first 30 seconds of its original coin offering. While VCs invested $7 million, Eich insisted it was a separate project, though venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (VC) invested another $5 million of its own money in it.

The Brave project envisaged a system that would consist of an Internet browser and a native cryptocurrency, BAT. The browser promises users a safer and faster browsing experience and is equipped with ad blocking technology and tracker blocking technologies. Users can receive BAT when using the Brave browser or viewing Brave Ads, the native ad program. In addition, authors and publishers can join the Brave Publishers program and receive tips from fans who view their content.

Brave, the web browser popular with blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiasts, has officially launched Brave Ads. Bold browser users can now choose to view ads and start earning a Basic Attention Token (BAT) for the attention they receive from the ads they view. With the introduction of the native ad program, Brave ads will revolutionize Internet advertising, as viewers who choose to display ads receive the revenue generated by advertising.

The browser, which improves browsing speed by removing unwanted ads, announced the launch of its native ad program, which uses an Ethereum-based interchange unit called Basic Attention Token (BAT) to support the native advertising program of Brave Ads, a blockchain-based digital advertising platform.

BAT will enable publishers, advertisers, and users to connect in an online environment that reduces fraud, privacy violations, and misinformation while increasing publishers "revenues.

The Brave browser is designed for web users frustrated by ubiquitous advertising, slowing down data connections and tracking every pixel. Many users also appreciate that it does not track their online activities and currently blocks Ad Tracker while at the same time anonymizing users.

The basic idea behind BAT is to reward users "attention by directly displaying ad content. The Brave browser is based on an algorithm that monitors the content and ads viewed by a person and distributes BAT based on what is associated with the user's browser. Courageous users will be able to opt out of ads and remain anonymous.
